Overall Responsibilities

  • Responsible for SharePoint site architecture, configuration, and publishing across key sites and resolving technical and user support issues.
  • Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements for new site requests, enhancements, or modifications to managed sites.
  • Review existing SharePoint infrastructure setup and develop best practices and input on operational guidelines.
  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of technological alternatives and business system requirements to recommend innovations that enhances and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization.
  • Provide guidance for end users and updates SharePoint tools and objects in response to evolving user needs.
  • Work with Infrastructure Operations Lead to identify and execute maintenance and upgrade activities for assigned SharePoint sites.
  • Perform all duties while maintaining application security and change management best practices.

 Operation Responsibilities

  •  Support the existing SharePoint environment
  • Under the direction of the IT Operations Lead, support the process to define requirements for new SharePoint sites.
  • Work with outsourced vender to identify and define the reports and/or controls to put in place for the client to monitor usage, access, etc.
  • Test sites that were developed by outsourced vendor to ensure they meet end user requirements prior to releasing site to end users.
  • Respond to and resolve SharePoint tickets that are submitted to the Service Desk. This may involve liaising with outsourced vendor.
  • Answer SharePoint related questions coming from end users.
  • Assist with training end-users when needed.
  • Ensure SharePoint sites align with File Storage Strategy and architecture.
  • Migrate sites that existed prior to the File Storage and Roadmap project to align with the current File Storage Strategy.
  • Support content moves from IT OneDrive to SharePoint.
  • Liaise with outsourced vendor to implement the SharePoint site requirements and security permission
  • Validate that the SharePoint site operates as defined prior to turning over to the end users.
  • Work with end users to rollout SharePoint sites and to coordinate content moves with outsourced vendor to SharePoint as identified in the requirements.
  • Deliver all required documentation and reports.
  • Update project documentation and trackers as needed.

Senior level business systems analyst with both functional and technical development experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) ERP. This position will play a lead role in implementing new features, functionality and improving the core business processes and systems.

Essential Job Functions

  • Analyzing, recommending and improving the company’s Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain business processes.
  • Work closely with business leads to capture requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and create functional specifications for NAV configuration and enhancements.
  • Technical design and development of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and workflows.
  • Perform development of NAV2013 modifications, perform unit, systems integration, user testing and promotion of modification into Production
  • Assist business leads in defining test plans and test scripts to be used in IT and business user testing.
  • Perform application support for all native NAV2013/Topaz modified code and master/transactional data as required. 
  • Provide technical support for existing Navision NAV2013 system by troubleshooting user issues and managing system configuration, report development and enhancement requests.
  • Perform NAV Server and MS SQL Server administration.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/ Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable in all areas of wholesale distribution business processes: Product Lifecycle Management, Procurement, Distribution, Sales and Finance.

Education/ Experience Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science or related industry/experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics – NAV versions 2013,2015,2016, preferably certified.
  • Minimum 3-5 years C/AL and C/Side development experience with Microsoft Dynamics - NAV, preferably certified. 
  • Minimum 3-5 years reporting experience utilizing SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, preferably certified. 
  • Technical Experience working with NAV Server administration and MS SQL Server administration. Experience with configuration, troubleshooting, problem resolution, performance tuning, disaster recovery.
  • Experience with scheduled processing (batch) for transaction administration, reporting, interfaces, file imports/exports, EDI transaction process.
  • Experience with Lanham EDI, Easy Security, Zetafax, Jet Reports, and integration to other applications.
