According to a survey conducted by Career Builder many US companies are recruiting contract workers over full-time permanent positions as a solution to quickly support a leaner workforce.  Contract to hire is an especially great fit for the IT industry:  specialized projects with an often pre-determined life cycle make IT positions particularly well-suited to staffing via contract and contract to hire. This SQL script produces front-end ADO called a function by a stored procedure name. By default the script will process all user stored procedures and generate an ADO function for each procedure.
